With hundreds of books to choose from, I refer to this one more than any to prepare for my cases. As a caveat my experience level is < 500 cases. Those with more experience have complained that it is inaccurate, incomplete, even insulting. I can understand the first two complaints, but it is a compromise with girth as this book is already > 1500 pages. It's a great start for a green provider.

Awful digital edition. Does not have page numbers and you cannot skip to pages referenced throughout the book since there is no function to look for pages. Whoever put this digital edition together should be fired at once.
