This book is awesome. The way it breaks down the individual muscle origins insertions, and actions makes it really easy for me to understand the different layers of muscles and the corresponding actions. I would highly recommend it for any Anatomy student.

This book is pretty good. Its easier as a coloring book when you are studying and learning. The illustrations are basic outlines, with fairly simple descriptions of random facts.
There were a few facts that were incorrect or backwards within the text.
