About the Author
Lihua Wang began her career as a cardiologist in the China Academy of Traditional Medicine, in Bejing, China. In 1982, she was invited by Kaiser Permenante Research Center as a visiting scholar and later selected by the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine to teach acupuncture and Chinese herbology to American students. She has been in private practice, specializing in traditional Chinese medicine, since 1992 in Portland, Oregon. She also maintains the popular Website, www.chinesehomeremedies.com.
