So many answers in the back of the book are wrong! It is supposed to aid in your studies but it confuses you but either a) giving the completely wrong answer or b)giving an answer and an explanation for the answer that has nothing to do with the question asked. It would be such a phenomenal study tool if the study guide matched the answers from the core book.

I got this book with the text and some of the answers are wrong which confused me a ton. After contacting the publisher they thanked me for bringing it to their attention and fixed the problem and sent me an email with the correct answers. It is a helpful book when the answers are right (that is if you want NCLEX style questions!!) it's an additional tool to study with, and helps organize the chapter into a few pages.
