I just got this book and so far so good. I especially like the chapter on radiologic imaging of the spine. It does a good job of explaining what the strengths and weaknesses are of different studies such as fast spin echo vs gradient echo MRI. I think the pharmacologic chapters are pretty good although I think an anesthesia based book such as Benzon gives more detail. All in all I am glad I bought it.By rehab resident
