I am missing like half of the figures and graphs in each chapter. There is some sort of glitch with the digital copy for kindle. So when they talk about a subject and refer to a figure I have no idea what they are talking about.

The majority of figures that are useful in this book have been removed due to copyright restrictions. The text still refers to the figures but there is nothing to look at.
